NDRF organizes Swachh Bharat Campaign

GUWAHATI, Sept 14: 1st BN NDRF carried out Swachh Bharat Abhiyan programme by cleaning and launching the sanitation campaign  in co-ordition with district administration Kamrup Metro at Bagalamukhi Temple in Kamakhya at Guwahati on Thursday.

During the campaign, Deputy Commandant of 1st BN NDRF Sh Manohar Singh,  along with 3 Subordite Officers and 47 other rank officers of  NDRF personnel and Additiol Deputy Commissioner of Kamrup district participated in the campaign. During the campaign NDRF personnel cleaned the temple premises. They made massive public awareness to ensure participation of the local community, stated a press release.
