New Central Selection Board (CSB) office building inaugurated at Kokrajhar town

KOKRAJHAR: Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) chief Hagrama Mohilary on Saturday inaugurated the new office building of the Central Selection Board (CSB) in the heart of Kokrajhar town.

The G+3 new office building was built at a cost of Rs. 3.60 crore under State Own Priority Development (SOPD-BTC) fund. Central Selection Board is an independent body which conducts written test and viva for the appointment of III and IV grade employees of BTC. Since its formation in 2007, the CSB has been playing an important role in recruitment in all transferred departments of BTC.

The new office building has modern facilities with the provision of solar power, lift and has a conference hall and guest house. The inaugural programme was attended by Rajya Sabha MP Biswajit Daimary, BTC EMs Rajib Brahma, Doneswar Goyary, Alindra Mashahary, MLAs Moneswar Brahma, Majen Narzary and Thaneswar Basumatary.
