New committee of AWA form

GUWAHATI, April 26: Annual General meeting of Assam Weightlifting Association (AWA) was held today in the city. New Executive committee of the association was formed in the meeting with Birendra Prasad Baishya, as President, Bhabajyoti Goswami as Working President and Basanta Das, as General Secretary. It was also decided in the meeting that 43rd Assam State Weightlifting Championship will be organized by the Sivasagar District Weightlifting Association.
