New magistrate appointed

Silchar, Dec 28: Pritam Raja Sharma has been appointed new magistrate at Lakhipur SDO (Civil) office recently. ADC Cachar J R Lalsim, in-charge SDO (Civil), Lakhipur had been written to the state government for appointing a new magistrate at the office for long. Now there are three magistrates, Yahidul Islam, ACS, circle officer Pradip Kumar Gupta and Pritam Raja Sharma, at the office. It is expected that work would progress more rapidly.
