Goalpara, March 12: The District Congress Committee of Goalpara has appointed Tarifuddin Ahmed as the chairman of Minorities Development Cell in Balija Block. Ahmed’s son was recently elected as general secretary of the Goalpara East constituency of the Assam Pradesh Youth Congress.
