Newly appointed Dibrugarh University Vice Chancellor felicitated

LAKHIMPUR, July 7: The people of Lakhimpur have rejoiced at the declaration of Ranjit Tamuli being appointed as the Vice-Chancellor of Dibrugarh University. The people of Taranath Khanikar Path, Bormuria Tiniali of North Lakhimpur town felicitated the academician. The people of the area greeted him with various mementos of Assamese culture in a programme anchored by Hem Kanta Borah, Associate Professor of Nowboicha College, held at Tamuli’s house. Tamuli said that this glorious achievement was the outcome of hard work, firm self-confidence, blessings of his parents and the almighty along with the inspiration of his family members and well-wishers. The Lakhimpur district unit of ASSU also gave him warm felicitation in a programme held at its office.
