Nitaiphukhuri Rongali Bihu Sanmillan concludes

DEMOW, May 15: Under the patroge of the people of Nitai Panidehing, the 7th Nitaiphukhuri Rongali Bihu Sanmillan which was held at Gossainbari playground for two days, concluded on Saturday. On Friday the flag was hoisted by Susan Chandra Konwar, president of the organizing committee. After that swahid tarpan was offered by Pu Gogoi, secretary of the organizing committee. The competitions were iugurated by Pur Kanta Handique, an educationist and social worker. A souvenir titled Sai was released by Bonshibadan Raj Khanikar. The cultural night was iugurated by Luhit Gogoi, retired engineer of ONGC and the founder of KASS and at present the adviser of KASS. Madhujya Buragohain, Debojit Barua, Bondita Borah along with local artistes Biswajit Doley and Pur Kanta Munda performed.
