Nitish wins 3rd edition of GTC Chess GP

GUWAHATI, March 28: Nitish Das of GTC Chess Foundation annexed  the 3rd edition of the GTC Chess Grand Prix 2015 by scoring 7 points out of 7 rounds. Altogether 54 players participated in this day long event.  The tourment was conducted by ndan Buragohain as the tourment director, while Biswajit Bharadwaj was the chief Arbiter.Ravikant Tiwari and Khanindra Barman acted as Deputy Arbiters in the tourment.The prize distribution ceremony was attended by Dr Siben Dutta, President, Akshayam and Anjan Das, Chairman, Assam Chess Club as the distinguished guest.
