‘No party can rule without BPF’

KALAIGAON, April 1: ‘No political party can rule Assam without taking help from BPF. BPF is king maker of Assam since 2005,” MLA Maheshwar Baro announced this in the open meeting at Balipara which was organized on the occasion of 4th triennial conference of Mudaiari Block Committee of Boroland People’s Front (BPF). Mudaibari Block BPF organized its 4th triennial conference with a two-day long programme from March 31 at Balipara in the premises of Balipara High School play ground. The first day started with flag hoisting by Hiren Ch. Baro, president of Mudaibari Block BPF. After that homage ceremony was iugurated by Biy Kr. th, general secretary of Bhergaon Youth BPF. Plantation of saplings was done by Chahiruddin Ahmed, headmaster of Balipara High School.  Lankeshwar Rabha iugurated the delegate session of Balipara primary BPF. The new committee of Balipara primary BPF was formed in this delegate meeting with Harakanta Das as president and Mukul Baro as general secretary.
 The second day started with flag hoisting. After that EM Jagadish Sarkar iugurated the delegate session of Block BPF. A strong committee of Mudaibari Block BPF was also formed headed by Hiren Ch Baro as president and Prangupal Adhikari as general secretary. On the occasion of the conference, an open meeting was held on Sunday and this was iugurated by MLA Maheshwar Baro. EM Lumchrau Daimari spoke about their development in BTC zone. Several central leaders like Rabindra Basumatary, Louhang Khungur Daimari and Biy Kr. th attended the meeting. More than 5000 people took part in this meeting.
