NRL awarded for effective Hindi implementation

GUWAHATI, Dec 23: NRL has been honoured with the ‘Chal Vaijayanti Shield’- the first prize for effective implementation of the Official Language policy of the Govt. of India during the year 2014-15, stated a press release.

Instituted by the Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC) of PSUs, NRL  has been selected from amongst 42 PSUs under TOLIC, Guwahati. In addition, NRL Hindi Magazine ‘PRAYAS’ has been  awarded the second prize among Hindi Magazines published by the TOLIC PSU members during the year 2015. The above two shields were presented by J Borpuzari, Chairman TOLIC & Executive Director, Guwahati Refinery to NRL Hindi Coorditors in presence of Head of the Regiol Implementation Office (NER), Department of Official Language recently at Guwahati.
