Anowara Begum

Anowara Begum, noted Asha worker of Panery PHC, in Udalguri passed away due to prolonged illness on April 1 at her residence. She was 42. She had sincerely and dedicatedly served the people of the region. She was also associated with various social and religious institutions. She leaves behind her husband and two daughters. Her untimely demise has casted a pall of gloom in the greater Panery region. Her death was widely mourned by District Joint Director of Health Dr. Tayabur Rahman, District immunization officer Dr. Ganesh Brahma, President of Udalguri ASHA union Deviki Devi among the health workers have expressed condolence to the bereaved family.
