Uttar Shing Deka

Uttar Shing Deka (72), former Principal of Baghara High School, Morigaon district, passed away on April 5 at a private hospital in Guwahati. He was suffering from blood pressure for the last couple of days and was admitted in a private hospital in Guwahati. Tulsi Deka, executive member, All Assam Krishak Sangha, condoled his demise. He leaves behind his wife, four sons and a host of relatives.
