Observer of Nagaon Lok Sabha Takes Stock of Poll Preparation

NAGAON: In a closed-door meeting held at the DC’s conference hall in Nagaon, General Observer of Nagaon Parliamentary constituency, Dr Robi Kumar Surpur took stock of the preparations for the second phase polls to be held on April 18, from the Deputy Commissioners as well as the superintendents of police of the three districts Hojai, Nagaon and Morigaon. During the meeting, Dr Surpur also discussed issues related to the forthcoming polls in the constituency like model code of conduct, polling stations, voters list, voters’ identity cards, sectors magistrate, and also about the law-and-order situation.
