Official monitors PMJDY implementation

SHILLONG, April 12: Prime Minister’s Jan Dhan Yoja (PMJDY) was launched across the country which also includes Meghalaya on August 26, 2014. Dr A Pande, Director (Department of Fincial Services), an official of the Ministry of Fince visited Meghalaya on the 10th and 11th April 2015 in order to monitor the level of implementation of PMJDY. He also inspected the working and activity level of various Customer Service Points (CSPs) and Banking Correspondents (BCs) in Jorabat, Nongpoh, yabunglow, 3rd Mile and Cheerapunjee, besides interacting with the CSP and BSs in order to improve their functiolity and services.
