OIL's tubing pipes recovered

Duliajan, March 11: Bordubi police and OIL security team in a search operation recovered OIL’s tubing pipes from Tingri river under Bordubi police station on Wednesday morning. Police and OIL’s security team recovered about 70 tubing pipes each of radius 2.78 inch from under the Tingri river. The value of this OIL property is almost one crore. According to sources, thieves had stolen the tubing pipes from well No.537 and 551 and later they kept them under the Tingri river. The Deohall unit of ATTSA locked OIL’s well on Wednesday. They expressed anger over the theft of the pipes despite heavy security.
