One arrested for kidpping minor girl

SHILLONG, April 11: City Police today arrested one Dr Jimmy Carter Sangma (38) for allegedly kidpping a 14-year-old girl from Tura. Dr Jimmy Carter Sangma was arrested on the requisition of Tura police, East Khasi Hills, SP, M Kharkrang, said. They were detected at Mawlai while the person was entering Shillong. The arrested person will be produced before the court on Sunday.
