One held with rcotics

SHILLONG, Dec 22: City police on December 21 arrested one youth on suspicion of possessing drugs. According to police, on December 21 at around 12:10 noon one Damankhraw Wanniang was arrested from Motphran, Shillong. From his possession police seized two paper packets containing orange/white powder suspected to be Heroin.
