SHILLONG, Dec 23: One child died in a fire incident at Mawlai locality in the city on Tuesday. According to police on Tuesday evening at around 7:30 pm, a fire broke out in the house of one Shiningstar Lyngdoh Nongliken at Mawlai Phudmuri,. As a result, his minor son - Sardonik Lyngdoh (6) died at the spot.
