MARGHERITA, April 8: Ratul Phookan (40), an employee of APWD Changlang, Aruchal Pradesh, died on the spot at Lalgola mdang in Margherita when his motorcycle bearing Registration Number AS 23C 0483 was hit by another motorcycle (AS 23 S 8428) which was going towards Changlang. Phookan was the resident of Old Colony, Margherita.
