One killed, seven inured in road mishap

BOKO, March 22: One person killed and another seven were injured in a road accident at Boko in Kamrup district last night, official sources said. The accident took place, when the Tata Sumo, carrying the victims, collided with a truck at Agdiya Salanibari under Boko police station in Kamrup district killing a woman on the spot, the sources said. The deceased woman has been identified as Moni Boro (37). Police rushed to the accident site and rescued the injured and sent them for medical treatment to Boko.
