Over 20 Durga idols immersed in Digaru river

Dimoria, Oct 23: More than 20 Durga idols were immersed in Digaru river to mark the end of the five-day long festivities. The immersion took place without any public distrurbance. Security measures were also beefed up.The revenue circle officer Munindra th Ngate said that immersion started from 2 in the afternoon and both the SDRF and police helped in the immersion process.
