Padma Shri for 'desi girl' Priyanka Chopra

New Delhi, Jan 25: Bollywood actress and former Miss World Priyanka Chopra, who is making India proud on intertiol shores, was on Monday med for the Padma Shri, the country’s fourth highest civilian award. A tiol Award-winning actress, Priyanka has entertained movie buffs with her performances in films like “Andaaz”, “Aitraaz”, “Krrish”, “Fashion”, “Mary Kom”, “Barfi!” and “Bajirao Mastani”. She has also featured in several popular Hindi film songs like “Say ”, “Desi girl”, “Ram chahe leela”, “Tune maari entriyaan” and “Pinga”.  (IANS)
