Our troops did not retaliate,” a senior police officer told IANS here.
Meanwhile, many families living in villages close to the intertiol border in Jammu, Samba and Kathua districts began migrating to safer places on Saturday afternoon due to frequent targeting of civilian areas by Pakistan Rangers. During this month, nine civilians have been killed and nearly 30 injured in Pakistan shelling of civilian areas on the Line of Control and the intertiol border in Jammu and Kashmir. (IANS)
