Panther Club win monsoon soccer meet

KOKRAJHAR, September 9: Panther Club of Porbhotjhora lifted the Monsoon Football Championship defeating United Club of Diglipara 5-3 goals via tie-break in the fil held at SAI Stadium, Kokrajhar today . The match ended 2-2 draw in the schedule time.

The championship was  organized by civil military liaison and relations of the 3rd Rajput Regiment of the army stationed at Patharghat, Kokrajhar. The Deputy Chief of BTC Kampa Borgoyary handed over the championship and Runners up trophy in presence of BTC EM of Sports and Youth Welfaare Doneswar Goyary, CO of the 3rd Regiment and other officials. The event was also attended by BTC EM Rajiv Brahma, DSO of Kokrajhar Jaigyabati Mohilary and Secretary of KDSA Sarada Paul.
