Parag Das Award to Utpal Talukdar

GUWAHATI, February 20: Cartoonist Utpal Talukdar bagged the Parag Das Memorial Jourlist Award, 2015. Jasadharon, an Assamese daily, has been presenting the award since 2011. The award went to Peim Ti Gohain in 2011, Dhruba Mahanta in 2012, Utpal Baruah in 2013 and Manoram Gogoi in 2014. The award will be presented to Talukdar at a function at Guwahati Press Club on February 15 next.
