Paramanda Rajbongshi has become a victim of commul jealousy: AKRSU

Bongaigaon, Dec 25: “Paramanda Rajbongshi has become a victim of commul jealousy in Axam Xahitya Xabha (AXX),” said Traloikya Ray, secretary general of All Koch– Rajbongshi Students’ Union (AKRSU, Hiteswar Barman faction) at a press meet held in AKRSU head office in Bongaigaon on Sunday. He said that there was a conspiracy going against Paramanda Rajbongshi in AXX only because he belongs to the Koch– Rajbongshi community.

“This is not for the first time that conspiracy against a Koch– Rajbongshi person has been seen. Before this also several times this has happened. Sarat Chandra Singha, the most honest Chief Minister of Assam, was compelled to resign from the post of Chief Minister in the me of Language Agitation just because he was from the Koch– Rajbongshi community. Phani Bhusan Choudhury, the seven–time MLA from Bongaigaon, has also been deprived of a place in Sarbanda Sonowal’s ministry. We appeal to AXX not to play commul games. We also appeal to Paramanda Rajbongshi to continue his fight for truth. We assure that we are with him,” he said.
