Partly cloudy Sunday in Delhi, similar Monday expected

New Delhi, Sept 18: It was a partly cloudy day here on Sunday with the maximum temperature settling at 37.1 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season’s average, the Met Office said. Monday is likely to see similar weather.

“The sky will remain partly cloudy on Monday,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

The maximum and minimum temperatures on Monday are likely to hover around 37 and 26 degrees Celsius, respectively.

The minimum temperature on Sunday was recorded at 26 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season’s average, while the humidity oscillated between a high of 84 per cent and low of 44 per cent. The maximum and minimum temperatures on Saturday settled at 35.6 and 26 degrees Celsius, each a notch above the season’s average. (IANS)
