DIBRUGARH, April 1: In order to provide shelter to passengers of the village and neighboring areas of Tengakhat in Dibrugarh district, the Army’s Laipuli Brigade under Dao Division has constructed a passengers’ waiting shed as a part of Operation Sadbhava project.

The shed was formally iugurated on Wednesday in the presence of locals and gaon bura (headman) of the village.

According to locals, the Army constructed the shed on the request of the gaon bura and local populace.

“Successful completion of the passengers’ waiting shed by Army under its Operation Sadhbhava project has fulfilled our long standing demand,” said a cross-section of local populace while expressing their gratitude to the Army.
