Pay cut for four NRC officers in Bokakhat

BOKAKHAT, AUGUST 24: The Bokakhat Civil Administration has issued one-day pay cut order to four officers of NRC Seva Kendra for alleged negligence of duty. The four officers are Dibyajyoti Kakoty and Ranjit Bora LRCR of Rajabari GP NRC Seva Kendra and LRCR Biren Boruah and Paresh Gandhiya of Kuruabahi GP NRC Seva Kendra.

The process of NRC update in Bokakhat subdivision is going on in full swing. Kaziranga NRC Seva Kendra has received 95 per cent of application forms while other Seva Kendras have received 85 per cent, official sources said. Recently the SDO (Civil) Bokakhat had visited the NRC Seva Kendras of the subdivision and instructed the NRC officers to organize awareness meetings among the people. He instructed them to leave no stone unturned to achieve 100 per cent registration in the subdivision.
