People should participate in development: Thangsho Baite

IMPHAL, February 3: The Lok Sabha MP Thangsho Baite has said that the government alone should not be asked to undertake the developmental works. All sections of people should participate in the development works. He was speaking as the chief guest in the silver jubilee function of Helthang Memorial higher secondary school yesterday. He explained how the government has been implementing people oriented schemes. But the people are uble to take advantage of some schemes. He also underlined the need to educate the youths.
