Pharmacy without signboard

Silchar, June 28: A pharmacy at Lakhipur has come under scanner when Dilip Kumar Roy, SDO (Civil), noticed that it was running without a signboard. Upon entering the pharmacy, he found that all the items in the pharmacy are lying disarranged and have been thrown here and there. Dilip Kumar Roy saw that a number of medicines, saline bottles and syringes are lying scattered on the floor. Dilip Kumar Roy’s sudden intrusion brought out a person who has claimed that he is Dr Swapan Roy and added that he is an MBBS. Suspicion grew strong in Dilip Kumar Roy’s mind and he asked Dr Swapan Roy to show his origil documents. Dilip Kumar Roy will check the authenticity of the doctor’s documents. Till investigations get over, Dr Swapan Roy has been asked to keep his pharmacy shuttered. Dilip Kumar Roy himself locked the pharmacy.
