Planning Management and Administration Training For Teachers Underway: Arunachal Pradesh

ITANAGAR: State Minister for Education Honchum Ngandam inaugurated the four day training on Planning Management and Administration (PM&A) for the senior teachers of government Upper Primary School (UPS) being held at Dorjee Khandu State convention hall on Tuesday.

The training programme which started today will see the final after four days on Saturday next. Inaugurating the orientation programme as chief guest, Honchum Ngandam said this training on PM&A for the head of teachers of UPS is the first of its kind imparted in the State. “Such training is must and mandatory in all organizations, departments, even in political parties, legislators to improve their skills knowledge experiences and working capabilities, Ngandam emphasized.” He further informed that the head teachers and the teachers as a whole should have proper PM&A, through which they can make the student disciplined. He also called upon the teaching community to inculcate quality education among the students in the state.
