Plantation drive by SSB Tezpur Frontier

KOKRAJHAR, July 31: In a joint endeavor, the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Tezpur Frontier and Sandiksha (SSB Wives’ Welfare Association) conducted a massive plantation drive on Monday at the cremation park of Kalaguru Bishnu Prasad Rava, Maithan temple, Hanuman Mandir and other areas of Tezpur.
The Assistant Publicity Officer of the Frontier HQ, SSB V. Chinmuanthang informed that PSS Negi, Inspector General, K.C. Vikram, DIG, officers, personnel of SSB, Tezpur Frontier and members of Sandiksha braved the scorching heat and took part in the plantation drive. More than 500 saplings were planted.
