PM Modi to visit Aruchal on Feb 15

Itagar, Feb 12: Prime Minister rendra Modi will arrive here on February 15 on a day-long programme to the State. The Prime Minister is scheduled to iugurate the State Civil Secretariat complex here during the day, sources at the Chief Minister Office stated.

The PM will launch the DD Arun Prabha, a new 24x7 satellite television channel of Doordarshan for the northeast region. Besides laying the foundation stone of the much awaited Film and Television Institute in the State capital, Modi will also address a public rally at Indira Gandhi Park here, sources said.

Modi had last visited the State in February 20, 2015 and attended the Statehood Day function.

Meanwhile, elaborate security arrangements have been made in the State capital in view of Modi’s visit. Traffic regulations have also been made along the tiol Highways.
