Poacher apprehended

MANGALDAI, Feb 25: A joint team of Orang tiol Park and 210 CoBRA battalion on Friday night arrested a poacher from village Sootea under Laharighat Police Station in Morigaon district.

He has been identified as Saiful Islam. The arrested poacher was reportedly involved in a poaching attempt inside the Park on February 18. Meanwhile, the court remanded the poacher to judicial custody.
