Itagar, Aug 18: West Kameng police has made a breakthrough by arresting the accused involved in the murder of a student, Techi Khoda.
SP P N Khrimey informed that the police arrested the accused recently. However, the police have not revealed the identity of the accused and the cause of the murder.
Khoda was found dead under mysterious circumstances near Durga Mandir in between Sessa and Bhalukpong on August 6 last. His family had filed a missing report at Bhalukpong Police Station on August 5.
