Police issue look-out notice

SHILLONG, Aug 22: The police on Tuesday issued a lookout notice for a missing person identified as Ram Gopal Poddar (56). Poddar was found missing from Nongthymmai here since 7th July. The police said the missing person is 5.7 ft, mentally imbalanced and was wearing green T-Shirt and grey jeans trousers when last seen.
