Police outposts iugurated

KALAIGAON, January 23: LR Bishnoy,  IGP of BTAD, iugurated two outposts - Barobazar outpost and Ikrabari outpost – in Udalguri district on Saturday.

Addressing the iuguration meeting, IGP Bishnoy appealed to the people of Udalguri to cooperate with the Assam Police for creating a peaceful environment in the zone.  Sadha Hojai, Deputy Commissioner of Udalguri, took part in this meeting as the chief guest. Meanwhile, several police officers like Rakesh Raushan, SP of Udalguri ,Sunil Kumar, SP of Darrang and Nirupam Hazarika, SDPO of Bhergaon subdivision attended the iuguration programme as guests. This programme was concluded by Udalguri police under the initiative of Prab Borah, MTO of Udalguri.
