Poor 3G network irks consumers

GOLAGHAT, October 29: People of Golaghat district are facing problems due to the frequent poor connectivity of Airtel and Reliance 3G network service in Golaghat district. Customers alleged that they were facing problem in net browsing since many days. They further alleged that they had to wait for a long time to deposit and transfer their money online and while browsing any site due to the poor service. Further, consumers alleged that the telecom services were giving 2G service while charging rates for 3G service.
