Poor BSNL service irks customers in Doomdooma

Doomdooma, July 25: BSNL service has deteriorated in Doomdooma area for quite some time due to frequent cable cut along NH-37. While this has become a common feature, the plight of customers has increased manifold with every passing day due to the alleged apathy of the BSNL authority towards the customers in mitigating their grievances. Besides call drop and irregular phone service, the network is also pretty often down, thus depriving the customers from using internet service. The customers have to wait indefinitely in banks due to link failure. Significantly, the cable cut that is happening so regularly is not due to theft, as was the regular feature in the past, but due to laying of cables for Reliance Jio. Surprisingly, the BSNL authority has chosen to turn a blind eye towards this.
