Poor network irks Jio customers in Bajali

PATHSALA, May 19: The people of Bajali in Barpeta district of Assam are facing a lot of problems due to poor network of cellular company Jio.

Call drops, no proper cellular network and slow internet are some of the problems being faced by Jio users in Bajali area. The speed of the Jio network is 5 kbps to 20 kbps during night time. In some areas of Pathsala town like Titka, there is absolutely no network.

Mobile phones in these areas show no network and customers face a harrowing time when they frantically try to make calls. The people have urged the authorities concerned to take necessary steps to repair the poor mobile towers and improve the mobile connectivity.

Customers are complaining that they buy recharge packs and net packs to use internet but they do not get proper 4G service.
