Poor serrvice irks UCO bank customers

Golaghat, April 30: Customers of Golaghat, especially those belonging to the business community, are dissatisfied with the services of UCO Bank, Golaghat Town Branch. As per the complaint of customers, the bank has insufficient employees. At present there are only five employees. Even after two years of establishment, the bank office has no proper furniture and even the volt room is insecure too as it is covered with curtains onlycurtians. When asked, the in-charge officer PK Borthakur said that bank does not have software and as such the problem has risen. However, sources said that the bank does not have clearing membership of RBI so such problem has cropped up.
