Poor service irks AGVB consumers

GOLAGHAT (Dhekial), Feb 12: People of greater Labanghat in Numaligarh in Golaghat district are facing problems due to frequent disruption of the link to the network server of Assam Gramin Vikash Bank (AGVB), Labanghat branch since the past several days.  Frequent disruption in server link and computer system has caused harassment to the consumers.  Consumers said that the AGVB Labanghat branch was proving a big help for the farmers of greater Labanghat areas as well as nearby villagers. But since the past several days, customers of the bank have been facing problems in depositing money, withdrawing money, updating the passbook and other transactions as the link to the server of the bank and computer system gets disrupted frequently. The customers of the bank have demanded better services.
