Poor service irks BSNL broadband users in Tinsukia

TINSUKIA, May 2: The dream of a digital India is turning out to be a nightmare for the BSNL broadband users of Tinsukia telecom circle. Frequent disruptions in connectivity and slow speed have caused extreme harassment to the consumers even as lackadaisical attitude in addressing complaints seems to be a usual practice.
The CBS transaction of banks, post offices and other institutions dependent on internet connection provided by BSNL are hit hard and declaration of ‘link failure’ by them leaves the customers high and dry for the rest of the day. Thus common man, facing the ire of a digital India with harrowing hardship at the hands of the ‘incompetent’ State run BSNL, will definitely explore alterte connectivity.
With the launch of Reliance Jio around the corner, broadband users, especially students, professiols and institutions would have no other option but to opt for it and to surrender their BSNL connections.
