Post-flood veteriry treatment camp held

Dibrugarh, September 29:  A veteriry treatment camp was organized by State Veteriry Dispensary (SVD), Dibrugarh on Monday at Matikata (Gowala patty) in Tingkhong

Veteriry Officer of State Veteriry Dispensary, Dr Alauddin Khan treated the deceased domestic animals and distributed free medicines among the cattle owners for diseases like diarrhea, debility, anorexia, wound. The District Veteriry Office provided all the medicines in the post-flood veteriry treatment camp.

Regiol Artificial Insemition Centre (RAIC) Lahoal Krish Bora, Veteriry Field Assistants, Key Village Centre, Gosala, Md Hydor Hussain, Sukumar Das, State Vetriry Dispensary Dibrugarh, Gagan Bora, Rural Animal Health Centre, Jokai; Rupankar Baruah, District Diagnostic Laboratory, Dibrugarh, who visited farm-to-farm and vaccited about 750 animals were also present at the camp.

The District Veteriry Officer Dr. Budhin Bora extended his full support for the success of the camp while resident of Tingkhong Matikata (Gowala Patty),  Pradip Kumar Yadav also helped the officials of the State Veteriry Dispensary in successful completion of the camp. Trainee Veteriry Field Assistants Mridupawan Sonowal and Nibir Samudra Sonowal, Bhabesh Malakar, a fourth grade staff of SVD, Dibrugarh and D. Neog also participated in the camp.
