Dinesh Goswami said that lack of man power, infrastructure and low-quality conductors had led to power failure and death of nearly 50 people during the past 30 days. He said that no power worker was responsible for this.

The Power Workers’ Union said that due to an inefficient maging director and other top officials, power theft was on the rise. Developmental and renovation works were also lying stagnt.
