Pradyut Bora's resigtion will not affect party: Rajen Gohain

GAON, February18: “No arrogant person can be successful in the field of politics. To get success in politics, he or she must be sincere in every step from the very beginning,” said BJP MP Rajen Gohain on Wednesday while strongly reacting after BJP leader Pradyut Bora flashed his decision to quit BJP on Facebook on Tuesday. Addressing media persons here, MP Gohain said that Bora was not an important factor for the party. “If he quits the party, BJP will lose nothing,” Gohain said. Regarding the rumour that former minister Himanta Biswa Sarma might join the BJP, the MP said that it was for the party high command to decide whether to welcome Sarma or not.
