Pramila Rani Brahma lays foundation stone of RCC bridge over Loonga River

Kokrajhar: Assam Social Welfare Minister Pramila Rani Brahma on Monday laid the foundation stone for the construction and upgradation of Dotma- Balaban Road under Chief Minister Signature project for the year 2018-19 in Kokrajhar. The construction and upgradation of Dotma-Balaban road, including RCC bridge over Loonga River, will be done at the cost of Rs 10 crore.

Minister Pramila Rani Brahma, who is also local MLA of the East Kokrajhar No-30, formally laid the foundation stone of the RCC Bridge over Loonga River at Dotma in Kokrajhar. Brahma said that the RCC bridge at Longa River would help students and other people to go to the Dotma bazaar and schools and colleges. More than 10 villages will be benefited from this bridge. BTC executive member Rajib Kumar Brahma and other senior officers of PWD road were also present in the programme.
