Pranit in lead

GUWAHATI, May 13: Pranit Malhotra is leading with 2 points after completion of 3rd round in Young Masters Chess Classic which was organized by Guwahati Chess Academy. In the third round, top seed Arubh Gohain beat Pranit Malhotra to score his first win in the tourment but still could not dislodge Pranit from the top. Pran Govinda Parasar Kashyap moved in to sole second position with a draw against Ashvin Sharma. He has now 1.5 points from 3 rounds. Arubh and Manthan scored 1 point each and shares third position after completion of third round. Ashvin Sarma is lying at the bottom with 5 points.
