Pregnt woman attacked

TAMULPUR, Sept 6: A 23-year-old woman was seriously injured when a man, identified as Sudhir Murmu, attacked her with an arrow at Hatiduba village under Darrangamela police station in Baksa district today.  The victim has been identified as Miti Tudu. The woman , who is seven months pregnt, has been rushed to Guwahati Medical College Hospital in a critical condition.  Police have arrested Sudhir in this connection. Sources said Sudhir attacked the woman after a verbal spate on some matter with her.
